To purchase your Allegiant tickets at the airport terminal, visit an agent at the ticketing counter; agents are normally available 1-2 hours before each scheduled Allegiant departure. Ticket sales schedule link here – but subject to change.

The terminal building is open at least 3 hours before the first departure in the morning.
The TSA checkpoint is open 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
The ticketing counters are open 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
Delta Air Lines
Lost or delayed luggage is tracked by using a claim number that is given to you when you first make your claim. To inquire, call the airline with your claim number: Delta (800)325-8224. The representatives at these numbers will track your bags and notify you as to when to expect delivery. If you still have questions, stop by the terminal or call the (GFK) baggage handlers at (701)775-2394, and they will gladly assist you when they aren’t busy with checking in, loading or unloading passengers and bags.
Lost baggage should be reported to the Allegiant ground handlers within 4 hours of arriving at GFK. They can be reached at (701)772-5504.
The Airport Authority is a good will central repository for lost items found in the terminal building or parking lots. These items are taken to the Airport Authority Administration offices on the second floor of the terminal (south end). The Authority is open 8:00 a. m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except for holidays. Please stop in or call the Authority at 701-795-6981 (ext. 600) during those hours. We date the items and dispose of them after 30 days.
The Airport Authority will not pay for or be responsible for returning lost items.
To file a claim for a lost item that was last seen inside your luggage, you may fill out a form found on TSA’s website.
Items found on a Delta aircraft while at GFK are held at the airline ticket office. Stop by the terminal or call the airline employees at (701)775-2394, and they will gladly assist you when they aren’t busy with checking in, loading or unloading passengers and bags.

Items found on Allegiant aircraft while at GFK are handled by the staff at Avflight (701)772-5504. If the item is not claimed within a few days, it is flown to Allegiant headquarters (866)719-3910.

Pets Inside Terminal
All non-service animals must be kenneled while inside the passenger terminal.
Pet Relief Area
Please remember that all pets/service animals must be on a leash at all times and to clean up after your pet/service animal. Petcetera of Grand Forks has sponsored a pet relief area not far from the front doors in the north ticketing lobby. The area is wheelchair accessible. Because of security restrictions, there are no pet relief-areas available on the secured side.
