Badge Renewal

Badge holders are encouraged to renew their badges up to 30 days before the expiration date. A renewal notification letter, with instructions, will be sent out to all current Airport Authority badgeholders approximately 45 days prior to badge expiration.

Renewal of Unexpired Badges

Update Airport Authority Badge Application Form on file in person. Re-verify the two forms of government-issued photo identification previously provided with application.

Renewal of Badges Expired Less Than 30 Days

Present a properly completed and signed Airport Authority Badge Application Form and two forms of government-issued photo identification. If you are not a U.S. citizen, present valid INS documentation.

Renewal of Badges Expired More Than 30 Days (non-airline employees)

You must undergo the fingerprinting process again to renew your badge.

Submit a properly completed Airport Authority badge application form and two approved forms of identification.

Renewal of Badges Expired More Than 30 Days (airline employees)

You must provide a new certification letter from your company.

Submit a properly completed Airport Authority badge application form and two approved forms of identification.
