Badge Appointment Scheduling

Please use the form below to schedule your appointments. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions, plus a reminder email the morning of your appointment. Both emails contain links for appointment cancellation and/or rescheduling and a map to the badging office.

If you do not receive your confirmation email check your spam folder. To cancel or reschedule your appointment when you are unable to use the links in your email, call the badging office at (701) 795-6984.  For information about what to bring to your appointments, please click here.

IMPORTANT FOR NEW BADGE APPLICANTS:  Prior to your 1st appointment, the badging office must receive an emailed Authorization Form from your agency signatory.

IMPORTANT: Please bring two forms of identification as described here.

NEW BADGE APPOINTMENTS:  M-F 12:30pm – 4:00pm

AOA BADGE AUDIT APPOINTMENTS:  M-Th 10:00am – 6:00pm (March 1-30, 2017);
Walk-ins for March Audit on Fridays from 1:00pm – 6:00pm (March 3-31, 2017).
